As part of the new construction and remodelling of the Katharinenhospital, the Klinikum Stuttgart wants a new, innovative helipad. To this end, Stuttgart Hospital is organising a student competition to pursue new design and construction approaches for a helipad.
Both the landing pad as a structure on building F and the stairway access are to be designed. A direct lift connection to the operating theatre in Building A is to be planned. Both the lift structure and the bridging to the actual platform are part of the task.
